Jon Pestell Director/Facilities Management Consultant

Jon is an experienced senior leader with an extensive career in estates and facilities management and wider operational management, working cross various public sector and private sector organisations.

A certified member of the IWFM (CIWFM) Jon has developed his career by building lasting working relationships with clients and suppliers to bring people together with services that deliver against their requirements and provide long term stability.

With a passion for promoting smart, efficient solutions and problem-solving Jon established Clipper Sustainable in July 2024 to provide a range of management and consultancy services to help clients become more financially and environmentally sustainable organically with bespoke management processes and using technology to find efficiency and stability.

Having worked across third sector and public sector organisation for many years Jon has a passion for public services and charities, and experience of finding solutions for organisations with complex operational and budgetary restrictions.
